WedgKids Weekend Update for April 19th

Hello Parents & Leaders,

I hope you are doing well at your homes and with your family. At this point, I’m not sure sheltering-in-place has become easier. It seems like after 5 weeks of it, we would have it mastered. I’m learning that you really never have anything mastered. Everything is a work in progress including our own selves. I pray that God makes me more in the image of Him through this process. There is a comment section at the bottom of this post, leave a comment for what you are learning from God during this time.

Sunday’s Topic: Judging Others or for younger ones: Showing Kindness
Our Main Passage is Matthew 7:1-6
Our Remember Verse: Ephesians 4:32 – Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Here are a few more Application Questions from Pastor Dale that you could use to discuss after Sunday’s message:

Is there anyone with whom you have had a judgmental (condemning) attitude? What should you do about this?
Is there anyone you need to provide a loving and gentle correction?
Is there someone who you need to provide encouragement for instead of a critique?
Is there someone with whom you need to share with about God’s love?

Hope you have a great weekend and family worship time!
