At Wedgwood, we belive that everyone who follows Jesus Christ is a "minister," appointed by God to a ministry in the church and a mission in the world.
Growing as a disciple means:
--Every member is called into the ministry and called to be a missionary.
--A regular ministry inside or outside the church, using our spiritual gifts and abilities God has given us.
--A steadfast and on-going sharing of our faith with the lost.

Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. --- Romans 12:4-6
